NoMad Bar at NoMad Las Vegas will host a four-course pig roast honoring the Year of the Pig. The feast, created by NoMad’s culinary team, will explore the variety of ways to enjoy the pig from snacks featuring Pork Belly and Avocado Lettuce Wraps, to larger format dishes such as the Porcelet Loin with peaches, peppers and charred corn.

For Labor Day weekend and Mexican Independence Day, ALIBI Ultra Lounge guests can imbibe in specialty $15 cocktails. Selections include options such as the Hard Work cocktail, made with three types of rum, lime juice, white grapefruit juice, honey syrup and club soda, the Afternoon Delight with Grey Goose, Aloe Vera liquor, lemon and cucumber juice, simple syrup and club soda or the Freedom cocktail with Casamigos tequila, vanilla liquor and orange and angostura bitters.

Frozun at the Vdara Pool

Frozun, creator of innovative alcohol-infused desserts, will bring Strawberry Margarita Popsicles to the Vdara pool for a one-day-only event. Drink Like a Local: Liberated Mixology Series at Libertine Social

Each month at Libertine Social, a local mixologist will curate an exclusive cocktail menu for enthusiasts to enjoy every Saturday and Sunday. The month of September will feature three specialty drinks made by Lucas Huff, events and mixology director of Bentley Heritage Estate Distillery.

Diablo’s Cantina is the place to be to celebrate Mexican Independence Day weekend. The restaurant will offer a Mexican Independence Day menu crafted by Executive Chef Saul Ortiz, with Roasted Corn Soup with sweet roasted cream of corn and Barbacoa de Borrego Tacos with lamb barbacoa, avocado salsa, cilantro and onion, served with rice and beans ($20).

At each NoMad location, the Make It Nice team partners with a local brewery to create an exclusive beer offering - designed to pair with NoMad Restaurant’s famous Roast Chicken. NoMad Las Vegas has partnered with Crafthaus Brewery to make the ¡a ganar, a ganar!, a Belgian Brown Ale. The light-bodied beer has notes of toffee and a fig aroma, which nicely complements the black truffle and herbs in the signature dish. CraftHaus is currently brewing the latest batch, which is available only at NoMad Bar and NoMad Restaurant in Las Vegas.

Fusing the dynamic atmosphere of a Mexican tavern with the intimate and sexy allure of a speakeasy, Mama Rabbit is Las Vegas’ definitive mezcal-and-tequila destination. Mama Rabbit features the country’s largest collection of tequila and mezcal, highlighting a wide range of Mexican flavors.

Created by founder Michael Rosen and Top Chef: All-Stars winner Richard Blais, The Crack Shack serves up a chef-driven menu with a focus on the duo’s shared passion for all things chicken and eggs.

Vagabond will open at Excalibur Hotel & Casino this October offering fans a high-energy dining and entertainment experience on the Las Vegas Strip. The restaurant and bar will feature an approachable menu of American fare, an extensive beverage and draft beer program and arcade games, live entertainment and sports viewing throughout. Labor Day Specials at The Buffet at Luxor

Diners can celebrate Labor Day weekend with holiday selections for brunch and dinner at The Buffet at Luxor. Brunch highlights include Smoked Salmon, Herb Roasted Beef Tri Tip, Lemon Grass Chicken, Pancakes and Cheesecake. Dinner specialties include Crab Legs, Texas Brisket, Jalapeno BBQ Pulled Pork and Mac and Cheese Crab Casserole. Bottomless mimosas can be added to the meal for adults 21 years and older (additional $6.99).
