FIVE50 Pizza Bar – Oktoberfest Offerings

Kick-off Oktoberfest at FIVE50 Pizza Bar with themed food and drink selections. Guests can enjoy Sierra Nevada Oktoberfest beer on draft ($9.50 per pint) and a delicious beer-battered sausage sandwich served with German potato salad ($15.50 for the meal).

Libertine Social – Oktoberfest Celebrations

Labor Day Weekend Specials

Labor Day Poolside BBQ at Park MGM Pool
Anyone looking to soak up the sun this Labor Day and enjoy BBQ delights such as marinated and grilled chicken breast ($18), sticky BBQ pork spare ribs ($21) and all-beef hot dogs ($15), can do just that on the pool deck of Park MGM. All dishes are served with potato salad and grilled corn on the cob and are available to Park MGM hotel guests and Nevada locals with a valid ID.

Mexican Independence Day Specials at Libertine Social

Join Libertine Social in celebrating Mexican Independence Day with holiday-themed food and drink specials. The weekend’s events are as follows:

The Chef’s Table: an EPICurean experience
Mandalay Bay and Delano Las Vegas will kick-off the weekend with a collaborative six-course Master Chef event at Alain Ducasse’s Rivea followed by exclusive dinners, wine presentations and high-energy brunches individually hosted by celebrity chefs Michael Mina, Charlie Palmer, Hubert Keller and Shawn McClain.

Luxor - The James Beard Foundation’s Celebrity Chef Tour
The James Beard Foundation will partner with the U.S. Bank Altitude Reserve to present an exclusive dinner as part of its Celebrity Chef Tour traveling dinner series. Featuring seven renowned chefs from around the country, the dinner will bring a taste of the historic, New York-based James Beard House to Las Vegas’ Luxor Hotel and Casino for a meal diners won’t soon forget.

Joël Robuchon Restaurant at MGM Grand and Le Cirque at Bellagio have earned coveted spots in the top 10 of USA TODAY 10Best Readers’ Choice Award for the best hotel restaurants for 2018. Nominees for the category were chosen by a panel of hotel and travel experts, including a combination of editors from USA TODAY and editors from 10Best.com. The public then voted to select their favorite of the hotel restaurants, placing Joël Robuchon Restaurant and Le Cirque at 5th and 6th place, respectively. Joël Robuchon Restaurant and Le Cirque were the only two Las Vegas venues to be recognized as contest winners.


Weekend Brunch at Michael Mina’s PUB 1842

PUB 1842 at MGM Grand now offers a new weekend brunch menu. Award-winning chef Michael Mina puts a twist on the weekend’s favorite meal featuring sweet and savory dishes including light bites, hearty entrees and specialty cocktails. Brunch is available on Saturdays and Sundays from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Menu highlights include:

  • The Pig & The Waffle a cheddar chive cornbread waffle with Carolina BBQ pulled pork, a fried egg and chipotle crema

Mandalay Bay debuts BBQ Mexicana, a quick service concept offering Mexican dishes in an approachable, warm setting. The fast-casual eatery by celebrated chefs Susan Feniger and Mary Sue Milliken is a convenient takeaway counter featuring a variety of house-smoked meats and non-meat options prepared as burritos, bowls and salads, along with margaritas, aguas frescas and beers to-go. Menu highlights include:

  • Burnt Ends Burrito –  slow smoked brisket, chipotle coleslaw, house made chips, Manchego cheese and BBQ mole sauce
  • Smoked Tofu Bowl – cilantro lime rice, habanero BBQ sauce, charred corn relish, quinoa, cowboy caviar and smoked almonds
  • Chopped Kale Salad – avocado, carrot, edamame, watermelon radish, snow peas, marinated red onions, roasted red peppers and coriander vinaigrette
