Each month during this fun pop-up culinary series, a guest chef takes over one of Harvest by Roy Ellamar’s signature snack wagons, offering their own specialty small bites as they travel table-to-table to chat with diners. The interactive series gives culinary aficionados the opportunity to taste a variety of dishes and mingle with their favorite chefs.

Live Music at Herringbone

Herringbone’s patio, the perfect location for al fresco dining, now offers live music throughout the weekend. On Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays, an acoustic performance will set the mood for evening diners. During weekend brunch, a DJ will spin today’s top hits, creating a fun, lively setting for guests to enjoy.

Flights and Bites at Franklin Lounge

Flights and Bites, the new educational beverage series at Franklin Lounge, features a curated flight of spirits, a presentation by a beverage professional and perfectly paired bites from one of the restaurants on the Mandalay Bay and Delano campus. The October event will feature a line-up of The Dalmore Highland Single Malt Scotch Whisky and attendees will be guided through the experience by The Dalmore Director of Education Craig Bridger. Small bites from STRIPSTEAK will be provided to complement and enhance the flavors of each expression.

Halloween Cocktails at Lily Bar & Lounge

Lily Bar & Lounge will offer specialty $20 cocktails for Halloween that are sure to fright and delight guests. Specials include the Lychee Lookee with vodka, lime juice, lychee puree, club soda and garnished with lychee and blueberry “eyeballs;” the Con Gusan(old) Fashioned with mezcal, grand mariner, agave, orange bitters, soda, smoked in a dome and garnished with orange peel, cherry and gummy worms; and the Black Widow featuring white rum and coconut cream, poured over a white cotton candy “web” and gummy spiders.

Halloween Cocktails at ALIBI Ultra Lounge

For Halloween, ALIBI Ultra Lounge guests can imbibe in specialty $19 cocktails. Spooky selections include the Ghostly Encounter cocktail made with Crème de Cassis, vodka, pomegranate juice, orange bitters and blackberries, finished with a black sugar rim and The Antidote with vodka, amaretto, pineapple juice, club soda and strawberry puree.

Market Café Halloween Special

Market Café will get into the spooky spirit with a special Halloween Butternut Squash Toastie comprised of butternut squash and slab bacon on charcoal bread ($16).

Dia de Los Muertos at Border Grill

Border Grill will celebrate the Day of the Dead with specialty appetizers, entrees and desserts for both lunch and dinner. In honor of Dia de Los Muertos, dishes such as Pozole, a pork stew with hominy, cabbage and red chile broth ($12); Vampiro tacos with a crispy corn tortilla, chorizo, shrimp, spicy cabbage slaw, rice and beans ($25); and Red Yam Flan with caramel sauce and candied red chiles ($8) will be available.

Vagabond will open at Excalibur Hotel & Casino this October offering fans a high-energy dining and entertainment experience on the Las Vegas Strip. The restaurant and bar will feature an approachable menu of American fare, an extensive beverage and draft beer program and arcade games, live entertainment and sports viewing throughout the space. Additional details on the new concept will be announced in the coming weeks.



NoMad Restaurant “Gotta Catch a Show?” Menu

NoMad Restaurant offers a three-course theater menu, available on concert and sporting event days at Park Theater and T-Mobile Arena. The multi-course tasting menu will feature a rotating selection of dishes inspired by flavors of the season.

Burger of The Month at LVB Burgers & Bar

Guests can enjoy the Mediterranean Burger ($17) topped with harissa aioli, citrus feta olive tapenade, cilantro pesto, red onion and arugula on potato bun, available only during the month of October at LVB Burgers & Bar. The feast continues with LVB’s Burger & Beer Combo, which includes the sandwich paired with a Samuel Adams beer and a side of fries ($26).

Pantry Bloody Mary
Pantry at The Mirage now offers guests the chance to create the Pantry Bloody Mary ($13) of their dreams. The experience starts with a choice of vodka, gin, tequila or beer, before selecting an array of spice blends for the rim and their favorite hot sauce to add into the mix. Guests will then pick two toppings from an array of options, such as olives, gherkins, peppers and more. The libations can be levelled up with premium spirits and “hangover remedies,” such as a grilled cheese corner, a waffle corner, chicken strips and devilled eggs, all available for a supplementary charge.

Pancake of the Week at Pantry
Pantry will feature a lineup of specialty pancakes throughout the month of October. Stack options include Lemon Ricotta Pancakes with whipped ricotta and lemon zest; the Pumpkin Cheesecake Stack with graham cracker crumbles and pumpkin spice; and the Trick or Treat Stack topped with crushed candy and whipped cream.

48th and Crepe: Crepe of the Month

Guests can indulge in a monthly crepe special at 48th and Crepe in the village eateries at New York-New York. October’s crepe of the month includes a Chocolate Peanut Butter Crepe with peanut butter, Philadelphia cream cheese, chocolate sauce and whipped cream ($8.99).
