The Pub at The Shops at Crystals

Guests can now enjoy the following new activations at The Pub:

  • Live Music

Sit back, relax and enjoy delicious food and drinks to sounds by local musicians. Guests can try their hand at classic bar games such as Jenga, bar dice, dominoes and foosball, or satisfy cravings with a menu inspired by a traditional English pub. No cover charge.

  • Beer Brunch

On Saturdays and Sundays, guests can imbibe in Beer Brunch at The Pub. A full menu of brunch classics is readily available for weekend warriors, as well as The Mug, comprised of Tito’s vodka, The Pub’s signature bloody mary mix, celery, grilled cheese, a mini reuben, mac-n-cheese bite, bacon and shishito peppers ($36).

  • Brewery Wednesdays

The weekend’s events are as follows:

The Chef’s Table: an EPICurean experience

Mandalay Bay and Delano Las Vegas will kick-off the weekend with a collaborative seven-course Master Chef event at Alain Ducasse’s Rivea, followed by exclusive events throughout the weekend including interactive dinners, wine presentations and high-energy brunches individually hosted by celebrity chefs Michael Mina, Charlie Palmer, Hubert Keller and Shawn McClain.

Martha Stewart Wine & Food Experience

Presented by USA TODAY NETWORK and MGM Resorts International, Martha Stewart Wine & Food Experience comes to Las Vegas for the first time, presenting a savory exploration of chefs, restaurateurs, mixologists and gourmet leaders who will interact with guests as they enjoy wine, craft beer, spirits and specialty bites.

The James Beard Foundation’s Celebrity Chef Tour at Luxor

The James Beard Foundation will partner with the U.S. Bank Altitude Reserve to present an exclusive dinner as part of its Celebrity Chef Tour traveling dinner series. Featuring seven renowned chefs from around the country, the dinner will bring a taste of the historic, New York-based James Beard House to Las Vegas’ Luxor Hotel and Casino for a meal diners won’t soon forget.

Phish + Dogfish Head Activation at Pub 1842

Pub 1842 is partnering with Dogfish Head during the four-day Phish concert series at the MGM Grand Garden Arena. Pub 1842 will offer eight different handles of Dogfish Head brews, along with giveaways, starting Oct. 30. The specialty beers will be served throughout the Phish concert series.

Golden Week at Hakkasan Restaurant

In a unique and innovative collaboration, Michelin-Starred Executive Chefs Ho Chee Boon of Hakkasan and Akira Back of Yellowtail Japanese Restaurant & Lounge have created an exclusive and limited-edition menu to celebrate Golden Week. This year’s Golden Week menu combines both chefs’ incomparable styles and traditions and perfectly balances bold Cantonese and Chinese with delicate and fragile Japanese methods of cooking.

Down the Hatch at Michael Mina’s STRIPSTEAK

STRIPSTEAK guests are invited to enjoy Down the Hatch, a monthly beverage experience by Mina Group’s beverage all-stars that explores exciting cocktails, spirits, wine and more. The month of October will highlight delicious bourbon-based cocktails. Those who participate are encouraged to Instagram or tweet their photos and tag @StripsteakLV or use the hashtags #MinaHatch and #HatchBourbon to receive a special surprise offer to be redeemed on their next restaurant visit. This month’s Down the Hatch beverage menu includes:

  • Jefferson’s Ocean Aged at Sea ($32) –Hearty whiskey aged for eight years on land and 10 months at sea. The taste is powerful, with thick notes of butterscotch, vanilla, brown sugar and salted caramel.
  • Elijah Craig Small Batch ($21) – Aged for 8-12 years in a charred oak barrels, providing a strong oak backbone with notes of dark fruit, caramel and nutmeg.

Vinyl Thursdays at Primrose

Park MGM presents Vinyl Thursdays, an interactive music experience that takes place in the Drawing Room at Primrose 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. every other Thursday. Guests are invited to bring their own vinyl records to be played throughout the evening by DJ Eddie Mac or play board games for a little friendly competition. Attendees can enjoy exclusive bar bites such as Garden Fries, Fried Chicken Provencal and Beef Tartare Crostini, or signature cocktails like the Phat Manhattan with butter-washed Woodford Reserve, Dolin Rouge and Angostura bitters. Records also will be available for guests to choose from, provided by local record store Zia Records.

Heritage Sunday Roast at Heritage Steak
Every Sunday, guests can savor the flavors of an ever-changing, communal menu of custom creations designed by Executive Chef Matthew Chacho. Enjoy a tableside presentation of select roasted meats as the highlight of the special tasting menu, which changes monthly. To complement each course, the restaurant offers expertly curated wine pairings and deliciously crafted sides.

Burger of The Month at LVB Burgers & Bar

For the month of October, guests can curb their burger craving with the Brat Burger ($19) stacked with a brat patty, swiss cheese, sauerkraut and spicy whole grain mustard served on a pretzel bun. The Oktoberfest celebration continues with LVB’s Burger & Beer Combo, which includes a Brat Burger, Sierra Nevada Oktoberfest and fries ($26). Ring in fall with the Pumpkin Spice Shake ($9), offered all month long.

Monthly Specials at Carnegie Deli

Guests can indulge in the Pumpkin Spiced French Toast ($12.99), coated in a special pumpkin seed granola, in honor of the famous fall flavor. For lunch, Carnegie Deli is serving up a Grilled Chicken Quesadilla with queso, fire roasted chipotle salsa and avocado crema ($12.99).

Fall Brew Celebration at The Park

Beer enthusiasts can rejoice with four more weekends to experience the six-weekend Fall Brew Celebration at The Park. Each weekend features a special theme and includes up to 18 different brands of beers and live entertainment. 

Weekend 3 & 4: International Beer

Irish and international beer from around the world will be available throughout The Park ahead of one of the most anticipated mixed martial arts matches, UFC 229: Nurmagomedov vs. McGregor. The entertainment line-up includes Sin E Ri Ra, Celtic Rockers, Jim Buck and Patrick Selben.

The Park and New York-New York will partner with Seattle-based brewing company Elysian Brewing for a pumpkin-themed beer celebration to wrap up The Park’s first Fall Brew Celebration. Featuring up to 50 different pumpkin brews, this traveling beer festival will make a stop in Las Vegas for the first time. The entertainment line-up includes Patrick Selben, Hart Attack, Ryan Whyte Maloney and DJ Reaction.

Game Day at Moneyline Sports Bar & Book

Catch the game on one of Moneyline’s countless TV screens this football season. On Saturday and Sunday, breakfast options such as pancakes, scrambled eggs, bacon, breakfast sausage and breakfast potatoes with caramelized onions will be served 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. Moneyline will be giving away swag during Monday and Thursday night professional football games. Guests can compete in Nintendo Switch tournaments following Monday night football games.

The following specials are available at Moneyline Sports Bar & Book during college and professional football games:

  • Bucket of five select domestic beers and bucket of four plain burgers with fries ($59)

Morimoto Sake Feature

Morimoto Las Vegas now features Manotsuru Sakés from Obata Brewery. Obata Brewery is located on the Island of Sado in Western Japan. Menu highlights include:

  • Junmai “Crane” ($88) – A pure rice sake with an elegant, slightly earthy taste with notes of stone fruit, pistachios, and white chocolate.
  • Tokubetsu Honjozo “Demon Slayer” ($118) – This is an Onikoroshi sake, which means it is very dry. Medium-bodied sake with tantalizing fruit flavors and a pleasant nuttiness on the mid-palate.
  • Daiginjo “Maho” ($298) – This perennial gold medal winning Daiginjo has clean and fresh aromas, with notes of anise.
