Legendary Chef Joël Robuchon Remembered with One-Night-Only Dinner at L’atelier

MGM Grand will host an exclusive dining experience honoring the late chef Joël Robuchon at L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon. The evening will feature a seven-course tasting menu of time-honored classics, prepared by Chef Robuchon’s proteges, including dishes that Robuchon perfected through the course of his career.

Pizza After Hours at La Pizza e La Pasta at Eataly Las Vegas: Master Neapolitan Pizzaioli, Truffles and Beer Festival

Join Eataly Las Vegas for a night of pizza, truffles, and games with three award-winning Neapolitan-style pizzaioli from Italy on Tuesday, March 5. At “Pizza After Hours: Master Neapolitan Pizzaioli, Truffles and Beer Festival,” watch as guest chef pizzaioli apply their skill, artistry and culinary genius to make high-quality Neapolitan-style pizza right before guests’ eyes. Following, get a taste of their creations with unlimited pizza paired with iconic Peroni beer.

Together with the Pizza University & Culinary Arts Center, Eataly Las Vegas is inviting three of the most talented pizzaioli (pizza makers) in the world for a one-of-a-kind, dough-slinging night of festive Italian fun at La Pizza & La Pasta restaurant.

Death & Co Cocktail Book Signing at Juniper Cocktail Lounge
Death & Co, the notable New York-based cocktail institution, will host a special pop-up book signing event at Juniper Cocktail Lounge. Guests can purchase Death & Co’s signature libations as well as partake in an exclusive book signing with the lounge’s co-owners and authors of Death & Co: Modern Classic Cocktails, David Kaplan and Alex Day. The book is a definitive guide to the contemporary craft cocktail movement, with recipes of Death & Co’s most iconic beverages.

Sweet Thang Thursdays at Best Friend  
Park MGM presents Sweet Thang Thursdays, an exciting music experience that takes place at Best Friend every Thursday. Guests can listen to beats by top local and Los Angeles DJs as they spin an eclectic mix of vinyl records during dinner service.

“Good France” Menu at Rivea

On March 21, restaurants in over 150 countries around the world will offer “Good France” menus to celebrate traditional French cuisine. Rivea, an Alain Ducasse restaurant, will participate with an exclusive five-course tasting menu that includes an appetizer of Marinated Spot Prawns, two main courses of Wild Cod a Oli and Lamb Rack, Banon AOP fromage and Strawberry Tart for dessert.

Social Sessions Series Returns this Spring to PRESS 
Kick off patio weather with the return of the Social Sessions series at PRESS at Four Seasons Hotel Las Vegas, highlighting featured sprit partners and held outdoors on the spacious outdoor patio. The events will be accompanied by entertainment, passed small plates and complimentary cocktail samples with the weekly featured spirit.

Each month during this fun pop-up culinary series, a guest chef takes over one of Harvest by Roy Ellamar’s signature snack wagons, offering their own specialty small bites as they travel table-to-table to chat with diners. The interactive series gives culinary aficionados the opportunity to taste a variety of dishes and mingle with their favorite chefs.

Jazz Brunch at NoMad Bar

NoMad Bar introduces Jazz Brunch, a lively dining experience with signature dishes and live entertainment. The menu includes Chef Daniel Humm’s most popular dishes – Avocado Toast, Mushroom Omelet, Griddled Pancakes, NoMad French Dip, Crudités and Tuna Cobb Salad, among others; as well as Bar Director Leo Robitschek’s eclectic handcrafted cocktail offerings, with traditional brunch beverages like Bloody Mary’s and Mimosas. As guests enjoy their meals, they’ll be entertained by The Hot Club of Las Vegas’ trademark gypsy jazz, a style that combines elements of swing, flamenco, and musette; and perfectly complements NoMad Bar’s Parisian-inspired interiors.

Back of House Brawl

Back of House Brawl, the popular local food truck cooking competition, will make its Las Vegas Strip debut at The Park. The fun, late-night culinary series will feature some of the city’s most talented chefs as each team battles to create two unique dishes in 30 minutes using secret ingredients.

The series begins Saturday, March 23 at 10 p.m., with drinks and bites available for purchase from popular food truck vendors, followed by the competition at 1 a.m. First to compete will be Josh Smith (BARDOT Brasserie at ARIA) and Justin Kingsley Hall (formerly of Kitchen at Atomic) vs. Emily Brubaker (Urban Seed Inc.) and Jennifer Murphy (Gordon Ramsey Hell’s Kitchen)

Mardi Gras at the Park
Celebrate the spirit of Mardi Gras at The Park featuring a themed parade, DJ, face painters, caricature artists and more. Guests can participate in the Mardi Crawl by collecting stamps at the restaurants at The Park including Beerhaus, California Pizza Kitchen, Sake Rok and Bruxie for 10% off their next order. Those looking for fun indoors can purchase New York-New York’s Bar Experience package and continue the celebration inside at participating venues.

Sunset Hour at Sadelle’s

Beginning Thursday, Feb. 28, Sadelle’s will offer a unique take on happy hour with a special Sunset Hour menu, serving select discounted bites and libations. All wine and cocktails on the menu are $7, along with $5 beer selections. Food options include discounted specialties such as tuna tartare ($10), pigs in a blanket ($7) and salmon rillette ($8).

Lobby Bar introduces Afternoon Tea, the perfect social occasion for a mid-day culinary delight. Julian Serrano Tapas no longer serves brunch, effective immediately. For additional weekend brunch options at ARIA, guests are encouraged to visit BARDOT Brasserie Herringbone or ARIA Buffet.

Corner Cakes

Effective immediately, Corner Cakes at MGM Grand is closed. Guests looking to satisfy their sweet tooth craving are encouraged to visit alternate grab-and-go destinations at MGM Grand including Starbucks or the Food Court, located in The District.


Hazel Coffee | Cocktails Now Open

From coffee brewing to cocktail toasting, Hazel Coffee | Cocktails at Mandalay Bay offers an all-day culinary experience for night owls and early birds alike. The social hub welcomes guests with delicious libations, sweet and savory breakfast and lunch offerings and live performances featuring local entertainers.

Hours of operation are as follows:

  • Sunday – Thursday, 5 a.m. – 1 a.m.
  • Friday and Saturday, 5 a.m. – 2 a.m.


Rosé Offerings at PRESS
Rosé all day this spring with a specialty flight of three rosé selections – Le Grand Courtage Rosé Brut sparkling, Belleruche Rosé and Whispering Angel ($25) – now available through May at PRESS, the sophisticated indoor-outdoor lounge at Four Seasons.

Manzo at Eataly Now Open
Manzo, an intimate Italian butcher’s restaurant with a wood-burning grill, is now open at Eataly Las Vegas at Park MGM. True to its name, Manzo celebrates all things meat, focusing on high-quality prime cuts and modern takes on traditional Italian favorites. Eataly Las Vegas Executive Chef Nicole Brisson along with Manzo Executive Chef Arnold Corpuz have designed a menu that showcases the region’s prime quality meats, vegetables, and herbs, sourcing the purest ingredients from regions in states such as Nevada, Kansas and Colorado.

New Menus at The Pub at The Shops at Crystals

Diners can experience new food and cocktail offerings at The Pub, located adjacent to ARIA at The Shops at Crystals. Highlights include Sausage & Mash with whole grain mustard jus, buttered peas and carrots ($18); the Lobster Roll served hot or cold ($26); and The Jersey with Taylor ham, fried egg and American cheese on an everything bagel ($16). The Pub also is offering a new brunch menu, with delectable selections like the Fried Chicken ‘n’ Waffle with fried chicken, chive and cheddar waffle, bourbon maple syrup and whipped butter ($18), or the Smoked Salmon Benedict with sautéed spinach, avocado, crème, hollandaise and dill ($18).

Burger of The Month at Michael Mina’s PUB 1842

For the month of March, guests can curb their burger craving with The Irish Burger ($23), piled high with an 8-oz. angus beef patty, corned beef, swiss cheese, sauerkraut, Russian dressing horseradish cream, served with BBQ-seasoned fries.

Enjoy the Reuben Burger ($17) with corned beef, swiss cheese and sauerkraut slaw on rye bread, only during the month of March. The feast continues with LVB’s Burger & Beer Combo, which includes the sandwich paired with a Sierra Nevada Seasonal beer and fries ($26).

Monthly Specials at Carnegie Deli
During the month of March, Carnegie Deli will offer two specialty burgers. Guests can choose from the Carolina BBQ Burger, with cheddar, bacon, and crunchy jalapeno coleslaw ($16.99), or the Pork Belly Reuben Sliders, with apple sauerkraut, thousand island and gruyere cheese ($15.99).

48th and Crepe: Beer and Crepe Pairing

Sweet or savory crepes can be paired with the perfect beer at 48th and Crepe, located in the village eateries at New York-New York. March’s signature pairing is offered all day and includes the Reuben Crepe paired with a Guinness Draught Beer ($15.99).
