NATIONAL HARBOR, MD SEPTEMBER 7, 2016 – When MGM National Harbor opens its doors in Prince George’s County, Maryland later this year, guests will be ushered into the $1.3 billion resort casino through “Portal,” a sculpted iron archway designed by legendary folk artist Bob Dylan. The 26-foot by 15-foot custom piece will adorn the west entrance as part of the property’s permanent art collection and is Dylan's first permanent work of art for a public space.

NATIONAL HARBOR, MD – SEPTEMBER 13, 2016MGM National Harbor, the luxury casino resort opening later this year in Prince George’s County, will be the Premier Sponsor of King Street Art Festival, presented by Howard Alan Events. This annual arts and cultural event, which attracts more than 50,000 residents and visitors, will take place Saturday, Sept. 17 from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Sunday, Sept. 18 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. in Old Town Alexandria, Virginia. Festival booths will line King Street between Washington and Union streets, and feature more than six blocks of artwork by more than 250 artists from the U.S. and abroad. Admission is free.

NATIONAL HARBOR, MD – SEPTEMBER 15, 2016MGM National Harbor, the world-class casino resort opening later this year in Prince George’s County, MD, has signed on to  sponsor  the 35th annual Hispanic Festival held at Lane Manor Park in Adelphi, Maryland. The celebration, hosted by the Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission, Department of Parks and Recreation, attracts more than 15,000 residents and visitors each year. The Hispanic Festival will be held Sunday, September 18 from noon until 6 p.m.

NATIONAL HARBOR, MARYLAND, July 18, 2016 – MGM National Harbor, the $1.3 billion luxury resort on the Potomac River being developed by MGM Resorts International (NYSE: MGM), announces the establishment of a new investment opportunity open to residents[1] of Prince George’s County, Maryland (the “County”) and to Minority Business Enterprises[2] located in the County and State of Maryland (the “Aspire Program”). The offering is being made by Aspire Holdings, LLC (“Aspire”), the newly formed entity that will own certain non-voting interests in MGM National Harbor, pursuant to Rule 506(c) of Regulation D under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the “Securities Act”).  The property is scheduled to open in the fourth quarter of 2016, as the newest addition to the MGM Resorts International portfolio of world-renowned resort and entertainment destinations.

JLL Partners with Maryland’s Newest Resort Experience MGM National Harbor

WASHINGTON D.C. – JLL today announced that it has been retained by MGM Resorts International to lease the luxury retail promenade in its newest development, MGM National Harbor. The property is located at the intersection of I-95 and I-295 in Prince George’s County, Maryland, and is expected to open in the fourth quarter of 2016.


MGM National Harbor Celebrates 100th Minority Business Enterprise Milestone

National Harbor, MD, October 15, 2015 – MGM National Harbor, LLC, a subsidiary of MGM Resorts International (NYSE: MGM), announced today a contract has been awarded to its 100th Minority Business Enterprise (MBE), Parkinson Construction Company, who will provide concrete masonry services as part of the development of the $1.3 billion integrated resort project.
