MGM National Harbor Employment Center Opens

NATIONAL HARBOR, MD – June 20, 2016MGM National Harbor, the destination resort set to open   in Prince George’s County, Md. in the fourth quarter of this year, today announced it has completed its $4 million refurbishment of the once-vacant Thomas Addison Elementary School and reopened it as the MGM National Harbor Employment Center. The resort’s executives celebrated its grand opening with state and local officials, including Maryland State Senator C. Anthony Muse and Prince George’s County Executive Rushern Baker.

WASHINGTON D.C. – JLL today announced that it has been retained by MGM Resorts International to lease the luxury retail promenade in its newest development, MGM National Harbor. The property is located at the intersection of I-95 and I-295 in Prince George’s County, Maryland, and is expected to open in the fourth quarter of 2016.


MGM National Harbor Celebrates 100th Minority Business Enterprise Milestone

National Harbor, MD, October 15, 2015 – MGM National Harbor, LLC, a subsidiary of MGM Resorts International (NYSE: MGM), announced today a contract has been awarded to its 100th Minority Business Enterprise (MBE), Parkinson Construction Company, who will provide concrete masonry services as part of the development of the $1.3 billion integrated resort project.

 NATIONAL HARBOR, MD, March 25, 2015 – MGM National Harbor, LLC, a subsidiary of MGM Resorts International (NYSE: MGM), today celebrated the contributions of its construction company partners and workforce, all of which are working together to bring a world-class destination resort to Prince George’s County. After receiving building permits just eight months ago, the project has hired the 1,000th member of its construction workforce, as it moves toward its opening in the second half of 2016.
