T-Mobile Arena Executive Management Team Announced

LAS VEGAS (February 16, 2016) – An accomplished, experienced executive team has been assembled to oversee the development, grand opening and overall operations at the new T-Mobile Arena. The $375 million, 20,000-seat sports and entertainment venue, scheduled to open just west of the famed Las Vegas Strip in April, is a joint venture between AEG and MGM Resorts International.
Outlined below is the Arena leadership and their respective roles.  These executives have a combined total of more than 150 years in the hospitality, entertainment and venue management industries:
Mark Prows, CFE, Senior Vice President, Entertainment Operations – MGM Resorts International: Mark Prows has been integral in the design and development of T-Mobile Arena. Prows is the point person for MGM Resorts on the project, as MGM Resorts is responsible for day-to-day management of the joint venture, which also operates MGM Grand Garden Arena and is the booking agent for the Mandalay Bay Events Center. A 21-year veteran of MGM Resorts, Prows began his career in arena management and design 33 years ago, progressing through front-line positions to senior level management at five different arenas throughout the U.S.
Mark Faber, Senior Vice President, Global Partnerships – AEG: Leading the AEG team in Las Vegas, Mark Faber’s primary responsibilities include securing partners for T-Mobile Arena such as the Naming Rights and Founding Partners as well as developing and selling the arena’s array of Premium Seating inventory.  Prior to this position, Faber was based in Kansas City at AEG’s Sprint Center and was responsible for revenue generation including Naming Rights, Sponsorships and Premium Seating agreements for venues in the Midwest Region.
Dan Quinn, Vice President and General Manager, T-Mobile Arena – MGM Resorts International: Dan Quinn oversees all of the operating departments for T-Mobile Arena including guest services, production, ticketing, IT, security, facility operations, audio/visual, security and has been instrumental in the construction of T-Mobile Arena. Quinn was previously Vice President of Entertainment for Mandalay Bay where he led all entertainment-related functions at the resort including the 12,000-seat Mandalay Bay Events Center, numerous entertainment venues, the Mandalay Bay Theater, the Mandalay Bay Beach Concert Series and all dayclubs and nightclubs.  He also worked closely with the Company’s partners at House of Blues, Light Group and Cirque du Soleil.
Jay Cline, Executive Director of Event Production, T-Mobile Arena – MGM Resorts International: Jay Cline oversees all of the production and broadcast-related activities which include conversions to and from basketball, hockey, MMA, boxing, awards shows and concert setups at T-Mobile Arena and Toshiba Plaza. Cline previously was Director of Operations for MGM Grand Garden Arena and Production Manager at Mandalay Bay Events Center where he served in similar capacities.
Raul Gutierrez, Executive Director of Arena Operations, T-Mobile Arena – MGM Resorts International: Raul Gutierrez is responsible for all Front-of-House Operations for T-Mobile Arena which includes Guest Services, Security, Box Office and IT departments. Prior roles included Assistant General Manager of Barclays Center, Senior Manager of Guest Services and Security for BBVA Compass Stadium in Houston, and various positions for AEG facilities –Nokia Theater and Staples Center in Los Angeles, among others.
Quinn, Cline and Gutierrez are supported by programming, marketing and finance and teams including:
Sid Greenfeig, Vice President, Arena Booking – MGM Resorts International: In this role, Sid Greenfeig procures programming at T-Mobile Arena in addition to the MGM Grand Garden Arena and Mandalay Bay Events Center.  With nearly 20 years of entertainment experience, Greenfeig most recently served as Senior Vice President of West Coast Business Operation for Madison Square Garden Company (MSG). Prior to that, Greenfeig spent several years with Live Nation Entertainment, first as Director of Touring and then as Director of Business Development for Live Nation Arenas.  While with Live Nation, he was responsible for the evaluation of its North America Concerts’ arena business and maintaining relations with arena clients.  Greenfeig also served as a liaison to several sports and entertainment companies including AEG, Cirque du Soleil, the NHL and NBA.
Gina Rotolo, Director, Entertainment Marketing & Communications – MGM Resorts International: Gina Rotolo’s areas of responsibility include marketing and communications for T-Mobile Arena and MGM Resorts’ other arenas, event centers, theaters and outdoor festival sites. She provides strategic direction and manages the team responsible for aligning messaging for all entertainment and sporting events in order to maximize exposure and generate sales. She brings more than 15 years of marketing and media relations experience in sports and entertainment which includes work with the NFL, NBA and MLB.
Jeff Bueme, Director, Entertainment Finance & Administration – MGM Resorts International: Jeff Bueme is responsible for all financial and administrative aspects for T-Mobile Arena and MGM Resorts’ other arenas, event centers, theaters and outdoor festival sites.  Bueme was previously Director in Finance Shared Services Center of MGM Resorts with financial oversight for Mandalay Bay and Delano Las Vegas.  He is a Certified Public Accountant with over 20 years of finance, compliance and operational audit experience at many arenas, stadiums and ballparks across the country.

T-Mobile Arena
T-Mobile Arena is a privately funded indoor arena set to open in April 2016.  The 20,000 seat venue, located west of the Las Vegas Strip between New York-New York and Monte Carlo, is expected to host more than 100 events annually, including UFC, boxing, hockey, basketball and other sporting events, major headline entertainment, awards shows, family shows and special events.  Las Vegas’ newest landmark will feature 50 luxury suites, more than two dozen private loge boxes, complete broadcast facilities, and other specially designed exclusive hospitality offerings and fan amenities destined to create a guest experience second to none.  The Arena has partnered with international iconic brands including Coca-Cola, Schneider Electric, Toshiba American Business Solutions Inc. and Cox Business, as the venue’s first “Founding Partners.” These Founding Partners will introduce and brand signature fan initiatives, displays and interactive spaces including Toshiba Plaza, an adjacent two-acre entertainment space which will feature a performance stage, a variety of video screens and other interactive content and display areas.  Industry-leading architect Populous designed the venue to meet the U.S. Green Building Council’s standards for LEED® Gold Certification.
