PUB 1842 is an American pub featuring a wide selection of global beers, unique cocktails and hand-crafted provisions. This is a place to have fun, smile and toast the everyday with a full beer in hand-and preferably a shot of whiskey too.

PUB 1842’s playful menu satisfies every comfort-food craving. Succulent starters are served such as Homemade Frickles; BBQ Chicken Drumsticks with north Carolina bbq sauce and smoked blue cheese dressing; and Soft Pretzels served with house-made American cheese fondue. No pub would be complete without an extensive burger list and Chef Mina has created a variety of inventive selections such as The 1842 Burger with caramelized onions, mushrooms, and truffle aioli. Salads, sandwiches and hearty entrees round out the menu.
Named for the year Pilsner beer was invented, PUB 1842 offers a vast beer list featuring a wide range of American and international brews by the can, bottle or pulled from one of 24 taps. Beer flights are available so guests may sample a variety of the more than 40 selections that include ales, pilsners, stouts and lagers. PUB 1842 takes a fun turn with classic cocktails as well.   Focus centers on “Fizzy Lifting Drinks” (individually bottled & carbonated cocktails), Housemade Infusions and Seasonal Punches. The Soda Popinski, a fizzy lifting drink, is the PUB’s take on the Moscow Mule.  A pineapple and Serrano chili-infused tequila is highlighted in the Chubacabra.  Last but certainly not least is the grown up version of “Jungle Juice.”

The inviting space features an expansive, high-energy bar and an open façade that overlooks the heart of The District at MGM Grand providing the ideal location for people watching. Parlor games such as darts, ping pang pong and corn hole are not only offered but encouraged.
The Playlist Generation offers a blend of iconic rock, blues and popular music including the Rolling Stones, Jimmy Hendrix, White Stripes, Coldplay, The Ramones, The Pixies, and the Black Keys.
