PARK MGM
Roy Choi Introduces All-You-Can-Eat Mondays at Best Friend

Chef Roy Choi is bringing limitless Korean BBQ to The Strip with the launch of All-You-Can-Eat (AYCE) Mondays at Best Friend. Guests will be greeted at the table with an array of banchan including housemade kimchi, pickled daikon and cold spinach, along with a sharable salad and white rice. Diners can sink their teeth into limitless sizzling plates of Best Friend’s six flavorful meats – from the melt-in-your-mouth Spicy Pork, to sweet and smoky BBQ Ribeye steeped in bulgogi marinade, to the vegetarian-friendly BBQ Veg with baby bok, carrots and long beans.

The Monday AYCE experience allows guests to choose two plates of BBQ at a time while providing the opportunity to mix-and-match for as long as their hearts and appetites desire. The feast concludes with a chef’s selection of a special Best Friend dessert for the table. Best Friend also will feature half-off any sake and champagne magnums on Mondays.

Tacos & Tall Boys Tuesdays at Best Friend
Best Friend, Roy Choi’s Korean BBQ restaurant located at Park MGM, now offers a Tacos & Tall Boys event, occurring every Tuesday of the month. Menu specialties include Spicy Pork Tacos ($4 each or three tacos for $10, available only for Taco Tuesday), Modelo pitchers ($15) and weekly selections of Tall Boys ($7).

Gelato Festa at Eataly Las Vegas
Eataly is holding the first-ever Gelato Festival in Las Vegas on Saturday, July 27. From 2 to 7 p.m., explore ten stations spread across the entire store, with frozen favorites including classic gelato, boozy gelato, affogato, savory gelato, sweet focaccia with gelato, and exclusive flavors not normally found at Eataly Las Vegas. Taste the frozen treats and glory in the season.

Drink Like a Local: Liberated Mixology Series

Each month at Libertine Social, a local mixologist will curate an exclusive cocktail menu for enthusiasts to enjoy every Saturday and Sunday. The month of July will feature three specialty drinks made by Tim Rita, mixologist and bartender at NoMad Las Vegas.

  • When: July 6 – 7, 13 – 14, 20 – 21, 27-28
    • On July 13, Master Mixologist Tony Abou-Ganim and Tim Rita will be in the Arcade Lounge to personally make the specialty cocktails and meet guests.

BELLAGIO
Hyde Closure

Bellagio will welcome a new venue to the resort’s award-winning portfolio this winter. The concept will open in the Hyde Bellagio space, which will close after service on Saturday, July 6. Details on the new resort offering will be shared in the coming months. 

ARIA
Sage New Hours of Operation

Effective July 1, Sage’s new hours of operation are as follows:

  • Sunday – Tuesday and Friday, 6 p.m. – 10 p.m.
  • Saturday, 6 p.m. – 10:30 p.m.
  • Wednesday and Thursday, Closed

ARIA Café New Hours of Operation
Effective July 1, ARIA Café’s new hours of operation are as follows:

  • Daily, 6 a.m. – 2 p.m.

MGM GRAND
MGM Grand to Welcome New Italian Restaurant

MGM Grand will welcome a new Italian restaurant concept to the resort’s culinary portfolio this summer. The venue will replace FiAMMA Italian Kitchen, which is now closed. Details on the new concept will be shared in the coming weeks.
 

PARK MGM
Mama Rabbit Bar

James Beard Award-winner Bricia Lopez has joined forces with Park MGM to celebrate the culture and spirit of Oaxaca – the birthplace of mezcal – with the debut of Mama Rabbit Bar. Fusing the dynamic atmosphere of a Mexican tavern with the intimate and sexy allure of a speakeasy, Mama Rabbit will become Las Vegas’ definitive mezcal-and-tequila destination. Mama Rabbit will feature Las Vegas’ largest collection of tequila and mezcal, highlighting a wide range of Mexican flavors. Additional details, including opening information, will be shared in the coming weeks.

NOMAD LAS VEGAS
NoMad Restaurant Wins AHEAD Award for Restaurant Design
NoMad Restaurant, located at the new NoMad Las Vegas at Park MGM, has been awarded the 2019 AHEAD Award for Restaurant Design. AHEAD Awards recognize the best hospitality designs and exceptional guest experiences around the world.

EXCALIBUR
Excalibur to Welcome New American Bar Concept This Fall

Excalibur will welcome a new American bar concept to the resort’s culinary portfolio this fall. The venue will be located on the casino floor in the former Lynyrd Skynyrd BBQ & Beer space. Details on the new venue will be shared in the coming months.

Einstein Bros. Bagels Now Open
A new Einstein Bros.® Bagels restaurant is now open, bringing fresh-made bagels, sandwiches, premium coffee and espresso drinks, double-whipped shmears, and a range of sweets and snacks to the heart of the Las Vegas Strip for the first time. Operated by Las Vegas-based Feel Good Brands, the opening of this location inside Excalibur Hotel & Casino’s Castle Walk Food Court brings to The Strip a casual eatery where guests can grab a quick bite, with all-day breakfast and lunch options.

Frites Las Vegas Now Open
Foodies across the world will rejoice over Frites Las Vegas – the first-ever French fry concept on The Strip, bringing back the richness of beef tallow for ultimate fry perfection. Frites Las Vegas is the first original concept from Feel Good Brands, which has operated multiple franchises for more than 20 years in the Las Vegas valley.

THE PARK
Sake Rok Introduces New Menu Items and ‘Rok n’ Rollin’ Sushi Classes

Sake Rok, Las Vegas’ ultimate sushi experience and social dining extravaganza, is introducing several new menu selections to its playful Japanese menu. Items include Pork Belly ($22), Miso Sea Bass ($30) and Shrimp Risotto ($28).

Additionally, weekend warriors can spice up their daytime activities with Executive Chef Sung Park’s new sushi-rolling classes available at Sake Rok every Saturday from noon to 2 p.m. In the courses, sushi aficionados can learn the chef’s artful methods for preparing Sake Rok’s four most popular rolls.

BARDOT Brasserie

BARDOT Brasserie will celebrate the national day of France with its Fourth Annual Bastille Day menu. Menu selections include Pâtè en Croûte with black truffle, foie gras and madeira gelée ($26), King Crab Crêpe with black trumpet mushrooms and a sunny-side egg ($22), Duck Wings a L’Orange with sauce maltaise ($18) and Bone Marrow Persillade with a radish and shallot salad and grilled country bread ($19).

MICHAEL MINA Bellagio Summer Tasting and Bar Menus

Guests can indulge in a fresh taste of summer with two new seasonal menus at MICHAEL MINA Bellagio. The Summer of Mina Tasting Menu is a five-course experience with selections such as Sweet Corn Gazpacho, Hot Charcoal-Grilled Shellfish and Valrhona Chocolate Cake. The six-course Signature Tasting Menu includes dishes like the Tartare of Ahi Tuna, Michael’s Lobster Pot Pie and American Wagyu Ribeye Rossini.

Diners also may experience the season with the Summer of Mina Bar Menu, featuring a la carte small plates such as Roasted Foie Gras Sliders ($23), Clams Casino ($15) and Michael Mina’s Caviar Parfait ($19).

Summer Menus at MGM Grand

During the summer months, select MGM Grand restaurants will offer special prix fixe menus at Tom Colicchio’s Craftsteak, Michael Mina’s PUB 1842, TAP Sports Bar, Hecho en Vegas and Avenue Café.
 

Burger of The Month at Michael Mina’s PUB 1842
For the month of July, guests can curb their burger craving with The Double Wide ($21), piled high with an 8-oz. angus beef patty, bacon strips, tater tots, pickled jalapenos, caramelized onions, American cheese and ranch dressing, served with BBQ-seasoned fries. The burger can be complemented with a PBR ($8) beer.

NoMad Restaurant Pre-Theater Menu

NoMad Restaurant now offers a three-course theater menu, available on concert and sporting event days at Park Theater and T-Mobile Arena. Featured items include Kanpachi Ceviche, Wild Salmon and NY Strip Steak.

NoMad Pool Breakfast and Brunch
A light breakfast menu and a full brunch menu are available at the café at NoMad Pool. Breakfast and brunch offerings include Chia Seed Pudding with lychee, kaffir lime and granola ($15); Moroccan Quinoa topped with guests’ choice of protein ($15); and The NoMad Breakfast, which includes two eggs any style, choice of bacon, sausage or avocado, plus multigrain toast, coffee or juice ($28).

THE MIRAGE
Burger of The Month at LVB Burgers & Bar

Guests can enjoy the Backyard BBQ Burger ($17) with a beef patty, cheddar cheese, bacon, BBQ pulled pork, Carolina BBQ sauce, pickled jalapenos and mac and cheese, available only during the month of July at LVB Burgers & Bar. The feast continues with LVB’s Burger & Beer Combo, which includes the sandwich paired with a Samuel Adams Seasonal beer and a side of fries ($26).

Monthly Specials at Carnegie Deli
During the month of July, Carnegie Deli will offer two specialty items. Guests can choose from the Latke Corned Beef Benedict, with poached eggs and hollandaise ($13.99), or the Loaded Carnegie Hash with corned beef, pastrami, fried eggs and French fries ($15.99).

EXCALIBUR
Smokin’ Summer Menu at Camelot Steakhouse

All summer long at Camelot Steakhouse, guests can enjoy a three-course menu inspired by seasonal favorites. The menu features a Watermelon Feta Salad to start, choice of Smoked Bone-in Short Rib or Smoked and Chargrilled Salmon and Summer Peach Cobbler for dessert.
