TUNICA, Miss. – May 30, 2013 – Gold Strike Casino Resort brings a refreshed dining experience to the Tunica area with the re-introduction of Chicago Steakhouse. Chicago fuses contemporary and traditional styles while continuing to offer traditional upscale dining experience and unparalleled service. A newly renovated foyer and bar, lavish dining room, stunning chandeliers and private dining room for 10 mesh to provide a premier dining experience.
“We’re proud to present our upgraded vision of Chicago Steakhouse to our guests,” said Gold Strike General Manager Niklas Rytterstrom. “The décor creates the modern, metropolitan feel of a fine dining establishment set in larger city, and we’re excited for guests to take in the new Chicago Steakhouse.” SLDesign of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania oversaw the redesign and the project was headed up by SLDesign founder Chris Sheffield. He used parts of the previous canvas as a base. “Mahogany wood was already there. It was used as a starting point and we added a contemporary color pallet and furniture. We want guests to know Chicago is not your father’s steakhouse, but it is a place you can still feel comfortable taking your father,” said Sheffield.
The mouth-watering menu is filled with culinary staples including steaks, seafood, a variety of soups and more. From filet mignon to king crab legs and ribeye steaks, Chicago Steakhouse takes guests on a culinary journey from arrival to departure with seasonal specialties that set Chicago’s menu apart from the traditional steakhouse fare. Guests will want to save room for dessert with the introduction specialty creations such as crème brulee cheesecake and chocolate eruption cake.
