Created by Major Food Group, the masterminds behind legendary Italian restaurant Carbone, Sadelle’s will offer all the beloved menu favorites from its original location, in addition to exclusive Las Vegas selections at the Bellagio destination. The all-day dining concept will transform- from a breakfast-centric haven to a power lunch hotspot to a relaxing dinner locale - all while delivering distinct culinary experiences with each transition. The new restaurant will take the space of Café Bellagio, which will close in August.
MICHAEL MINA Bellagio has reopened with a reimagined concept focusing on fresh, global seafood featuring a new “Market List” menu, honoring the refined seaside fare of Japan, the Mediterranean, France and beyond. The renovated space features a new raw bar, lounge area and a private dining room with views of Bellagio’s Conservatory & Botanical Gardens. Highlights of the new menu include the Spice Crusted and Whole Fried Fish, Hot Charcoal Grilled Shellfish and Market Catch Fish Steaks.

Juniper Cocktail Lounge

Park MGM welcomes Juniper Cocktail Lounge to its evolving food and beverage portfolio. • A Little Birdie – Bluecoat Gin | Strawberry | Dolin Dry Vermouth | Fresh Lemon – If martinis could fly, the result would be The BIRD served in rare glassware to add a dash of whimsy to the classic libation. The mint leaves serve as the beverage’s tail feathers, delivering a fresh punctuation on the beautiful drink.
  • No Judging Green Chartreuse | Fresh Pineapple | Fresh Lime | Flaming Mint – Juniper Cocktail Lounge’s blazing take on a Chartreuse Swizzle is served in a dazzling pipe-like glass. The bartender ignites the mint garnish before guests’ eyes to release the aromatics that swirl and intertwine with the acidic flavor combination.
