St. Patrick’s Day
Celebrate the luck of the Irish with festive menus and specials available at select MGM Resorts International restaurants.
    Celtic Feis

    Guests can revel in St. Patrick’s Day festivities with food, drinks, parades and live entertainment at Nine Fine Irishmen and Brooklyn Bridge at New York-New York. Authentic Irish fare such as Corned Beef and Cabbage, Beer n’ Cheese Dip, Shepherd’s Pie and Irish Bangers, as well as drink specials including specialty cocktails, shots and beers will be available.

Juice Press
Juice Press, the leading organic food and beverage retailer, will open at Bellagio in March. The venue will offer Las Vegas travelers and guests organic cold-pressed juices, smoothies, snacks and kombucha on tap.
China Tang
China Tang is now open at MGM Grand. The approachable, new restaurant offers Cantonese cuisine influenced by provincial dishes from Sichuan, Shanghai and Beijing.
Hours of operations are as follows:
  • Sunday – Thursday:
    • 11:30 a.m. – 10:30 p.m.
  • Friday – Saturday:
    • 11:30 a.m. – midnight
A new Starbucks location is now open in the MGM Grand lobby.
Osteria Costa
Osteria Costa is now open at The Mirage. The Coastal Italian restaurant features dishes that highlight the bright, citrus-forward flavors and fresh ingredients reminiscent of the Amalfi Coast.

Chef Roy Choi Hits Up Las Vegas with New Restaurant at Park MGM
Los Angeles culinary legend Roy Choi will debut a Koreatown-inspired concept at Park MGM in the fall of 2018. The soon-to-be-named restaurant will be a celebration of L.A.’s Koreatown district featuring immersive spaces that feel comfortable and familiar, while creating an eclectic environment for people to open their perceptions to the new and extraordinary. Details on the new venue will be available in the coming months.

Forbes Travel Guide
Forbes Travel Guide honored Joël Robuchon Restaurant at MGM Grand, Le Cirque and Picasso at Bellagio with the coveted 2018 Forbes Five-Star award. To be considered for this accolade, Five-Star restaurants must deliver an impeccable dining experience through food, service and presentation.
Foley Family Wine Dinner
Join MGM Resorts Executive Director of Beverage and Master Sommelier Jason Smith, Harvest Executive Chef Roy Ellamar, and Vegas Golden Knights Owner and Foley Family Wines Founder Bill Foley, for a one-night-only event of farm-to-table cuisine and premier wine pairings at Bellagio’s Tuscany Kitchen. Following a reception, guests will have the opportunity to mix and mingle with former NHL Defenseman and current Vegas Golden Knights Broadcaster Shane Hnidy while Chef Ellamar expertly prepares a four-course menu in the demonstration kitchen. As the evening’s host, Smith will guide guests through the wine pairing for each course featuring an elite selection of wines from the Foley Family portfolio.

Snack Wagon Takeover at Harvest by Roy Ellamar
Each month, a guest chef takes over one of Harvest by Roy Ellamar’s signature snack wagons, offering their own specialty small bites as they travel table-to-table to chat with diners. The interactive series gives culinary aficionados the opportunity to taste a variety of dishes and mingle with their favorite chefs.

    • Friday – Saturday, 11 a.m. – 3 a.m.
BARDOT Brasserie
The Parisian brasserie by award-winning chef Michael Mina is now open for lunch. New lunch-only menu items include the Chicken Cordon Bleu, Loup de Mer aux Lentilles and the Wild Mushroom Stroganoff. BARDOT Brasserie’s new hours of operation are as follows:

Please note Libertine Social no longer offers the Fireside Chat dinner series.
Skyfall Lounge
  • Rosé Fridays 
    Every Friday at Skyfall Lounge, guests can unwind with rosé and cocktail specials at Delano Las Vegas.

  • Sunset Hour

  • Champagne Toast 
    Every evening, hotel guests are treated to a special champagne toast at Skyfall Lounge. A Delano Las Vegas room key must be presented to receive the complimentary amenity.

  • VIP Bottle Service

  • Geeks Who Drink

  • Live Music

Party at The Park
Guests are invited to get the party started with $5 beer, wine and shot selections at participating restaurants at The Park. Guest also can enjoy live entertainment and fun games such as ping pong and cornhole. The Moonshiners will play on Tuesdays while the A-List will be play on Wednesdays.
