LAS VEGAS (April 1, 2016) – The Strip’s hottest social hub, Beerhaus will open its doors Monday, April 4 at The Park, the new outdoor dining and entertainment district on the Las Vegas Strip. The restaurant is a remix of the American beer hall and is the ideal hangout for starting the party before attending a special event at T-Mobile Arena, keeping the party alive afterwards or livening up a weekday. The casual, inviting concept will encourage guests to come as they are to enjoy elusive beers, local craft brews, hearty food and fun, interactive games and specials.
Slow-roasted rotisserie meats, sausage sandwiches, savory sides and sweet treats to entice everyone’s inner child will keep guests fueled while playing bar games or socializing on the outdoor patio. All food is prepared using hormone and antibiotic-free meats and organic produce. Highlights include:
- Beerhaus Brat, an IPA-infused cheddar brat made with Stone Brewing’s popular Arrogant Bastard Ale, topped with crispy onions and smoked bacon jam made in-house using caramelized onions and toasted mustard seeds and served on a poppy seed bun.
- Slow Roast Pulled Beef Sandwich, roast beef brisket slathered in a proprietary beef rub made of 15 different spices then cooked to perfection on the rotisserie and piled high on a soft bun and topped with atomic horseradish slaw and white cheddar cheese.
- Warm Pretzel and Beer Cheese Dip, freshly baked pretzels perfect for dipping in the creamy beer and cheese dip made using a rotating selection of local and regional craft brews.
- Red Velvet Whoopie Pie, a red velvet cake sandwich stuffed with cream cheese filling creating a soft and delicious sweet treat.
Guests may experience a variety of local beers from Las Vegas homegrown breweries including Joseph James, Big Dog’s, Crafthaus and Hop Nuts as well as highly awarded regional and international rarities such as “The Poet” from New Holland Brewing. Beerhaus will always be pouring something interesting to delight first time and return guests alike.
For those looking to imbibe something other than beer, the menu will offer a selection of made-to-order classic cocktails including Old Fashioned and Tennessee Smash as well as Moscow Mules and Palomas on draft.
